Nantli is a unique hybrid of a xoloescuincle dog and an axolotl mix. Her name means "mother" in Náhuatl, and she was created by Xa the goddess of the moon to create the species.. The expansion of this species would have enhanced Xa's power, allowing her and her brothers (the stars) to ride them and conquer any adversaries in their path.
However, hundreds of years ago, tragically, Huitzi, the god of the sun, killed ALL of them to weaken the army of her older sister, or so he thought…
The mother of all the offspring survived, and although she was devastated, she continues to fight for her lost pups. And who knows? Perhaps this species can rise again…
