This is "Huitzi" the villain of my personal project called "Warlords of Aztlan" he is based on "Huitzilopochtli" the Aztec god of the sun.
A little background on the story of the project is that Aztec gods were mysteriously summoned to a futuristic Mexico, they materialised from the sky, emerged from the ground, waterfalls and rivers. Horrified by the state in which they found this new world, Huitzi plans to take back the "Aztec land" by doing WHATEVER it takes, even merging his mythical powers with technology.
